IQAC Functions

  1. Development of quality benchmarks
  2. Design and development of annual action plan for institution-level activities for quality enhancement.
  3. Design and development of departmental academic calendar with the Heads of departments.
  4. To develop a system to collect Feedback from the stakeholders (students, staff, alumni and employers), analyse the feedback, present it infront of the committee, take necessary action and produce action taken report on the feedback.
  5. To organize and prepare the SWOC analysis.
  6. To develop student-centric environment in the institute.
  7. To prepare and submit Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR).
  8. Periodical conduct of Academic and Administrative audits timely and its follow up.
  9. Organization of workshops, Seminars for students and faculty on quality related themes personality development, time management etc.
  10. To promote research culture in the institute and to organize workshops on improving research practices and skills of the faculty.
  11. Preparing strategy to create industry academia linkage. Forthis, IQAC prepare proposals for the infrastructural development and put infront of the committee.
  12. Act as nodal unit for augmenting quality related activities by conducting orientation programs, mentor-mentee classes, parents teachers’ meetings, peer teachings etc.
